Where We Ship
Jazzy Jada Draws is pleased to provide domestic and international shipping options. Jazzy Jada Draws offers shipping to all USA states and territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following locations: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Italy, Myanmar, Russia, Syria, Timor-Leste, Ukraine, and Yemen until further notice.

Processing
We process orders during our business hours which is Monday- Saturday 7pm to 9pm. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 5 business days for us to process your order. Orders received before 9PM EST are usually shipped the next business day. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Shipping Rates & Timing
Jazzy Jada Draws has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

Tracking Your Order
To insure that shipping is affordable not all our products include shipping such as stickers, greeting cards, and art prints. If this is an issue please contact us before placing your order. For order that do include tracking such as notepads and buttons, when your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you order multiple items or have a large order, there will always include tracking. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at info@jazzyjadadraws.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If your packaged happened to be lost, stolen, or damaged please contact us as soon as possible at info@jazzyjadadraws.com for a replacement free of charge or a refund if you prefer.
